NEWS: Announced in January 2026, a $1B Phase 2 expansion at Hoiana Resort & Golf will see the addition of a multifunctional international convention centre with a capacity of up to 2,500 guests to host large-scale events; a family-oriented retail and entertainment complex; the expansion of a second golf course integrated with a professional golf training centre and academy offering international certifications,” as well as “the addition of more than 1,000 five-star hotel rooms”.

Hoiana Casino is located at Hoiana Resort & Golf on the coastline in Central Vietnam.  Nestled near the UNESCO Heritage Site of Hoi An, the integrated resort features four 5-star luxury hotels with more than 1,200 rooms in total. They include the 141-suite Hoiana Hotel & Suites, New World Hoiana Beach Resort with 330 rooms and suites, the 476-room New World Hoiana Hotel and Hoiana Residences with 270 modern studios and apartments.
