Northern Quest Resort & Casino is located at 100 North Hayford Road, in Airway Heights, Washington about 6 miles from Spokane. It is the largest casino resort in the entire Northwest, including Seattle. An expansion completed in 2023 added nearly 200 additional hotel rooms and suites to the property, bringing the total hotel rooms to 440+ via two distinct towers. The new hotel, River Tower, is located west of, but adjacent to, the current
hotel, Canoe Tower, and connected via skywalk. Each of the 250 guestrooms at the Canoe Tower features a spa-inspired bathroom including open-glass, triple-body-jet showers, while River Tower', which is composed of five connected forms, offers 190 rooms and suites and the same spa-like shower treatments. 

The only  AAA Four Diamond and Forbes Travel Guide Four Star casino resort in the Inland Northwest, there are multiple restaurants and bars on the property that includes a full-service spa, as well as the Pend Oreille Pavilion which provides a year-round concert venue featuring top national acts. Additional amenities include an indoor pool, bathrooms with triple shower heads, 46 inch HDTVs and free WiFi.

The casino features an 85,000 square foot gaming floor with 1,650 gaming machines, 37 table games, tournaments, a sports book, off-track betting, and a 7 table, glassed-enclosed, smoke-free poker room open daily.
