Although fine enough places in their own right, upon experiencing The Cromwell you would never imagine that this used to be Barbary Coast or Bill's Gambling Hall. Located at 3595 South Las Vegas Boulevard, The Cromwell offers the Las Vegas Strip’s first boutique hotel with 188 rooms featuring luxurious accommodations in an intimate setting.

There is plenty for the gambler to do as well with 40,000 opulent square feet devoted to slots and table games, as well as The Cromwells' new sports book.

Eatwell provides around the clock gourmet bites and ligth meals, while dining is provided by Emmy-Award winning celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis. Pool time and nightlife is provided by nightlife impresario Victor Drai, and libations are at the capable hand of esteemed mixologist Salvatore Calabrese.

You may recognize her name as the Emmy Award winning celebrity chef. Enjoy Italian cuisine with California influences and be sure to not overlook the basket of fresh bread on the table with every meal. The atmosphere is sophisticated, yet comfortable with warming hues and comfortable furniture. Located on The Cromwell’s second story level, the views of Bellagio Fountains are spectacular.

Open around the clock, eatwell is a casual walk-up counter restaurant located inside The Cromwell. The restaurant seat 28 comfortably and is the perfect place to go when late-night cravings hit. eatwell offers a wide variety of cafe-style gourmet snacks and light meals such as tacos, pizza, salads, pastry, breakfast sandwiches and Starbucks coffee.

Be sure to try eatwell's signature chili cheese Barbary dogs. At 3 for $5, you can't go wrong.

Drai's Beachclub, Nightlife & After Hours

The party at Drai's follows the clock. Start your day off on the rooftop with 65,000 square feet of beach and pool space indoors and outdoors. Dine, drink, party as the sun goes down with excellent views of the Vegas skyline. After hours the scene moves to the basement level for a posh Las Vegas after-hours club experience. This is the only rooftop pool experience available on The Strip. There are multiple pool areas, towering palms off the 11th floor and 150 VIP tables inside and out.

Bound

Salvatore Calabrese is the mixologist at this boutique lounge offering a sophisticated daytime experience and invigorating nightlife. The cool sophistication of the decor and small bites menu makes Bound a certain stop for those of taste who wish to explore a new level of class in a Strip lounge. Enjoy Bound Bites from Golden Osetra caviar to Crepes Madame with many options in between.

Interlude

Interlude is The Cromwell's casino lounge, and it's the ideal spot on the gaming floor for people-watching, socializing and enjoying bar-top video poker and keno.
