LATEST NEWS: June 2026 - The Pass Casino in downtown Henderson’s Water Street District is changing hands after ECL Water Street, which operates Emerald Island and Rainbow Club casinos, acquired the property from DeSimone Gaming. The deal remains subject to approval by Nevada gaming regulators. Closing is expected Aug. 1, 2026. At that time, the new owners will evaluate options for renovating the property and introducing new amenities.

Replacing the Eldorado Casino on Water Street in Henderson, Nevada, The Pass Casino is the largest of three casinos in the neighborhood. In addition to slots, the reimagined gaming space, approximately 17,756 sq ft, now features live table games, including blackjack, roulette, and craps and a Circa satellite sportsbook. 

Visitors will also find two dining options, including a 24/7 restaurant, Emilia’s Café, named after the new owner's daughter, and an Italian restaurant, Ristorante Italiano, which serves traditional cuisine. There are also two bars, one featuring bar-top gaming, and event space. And while there is no on-site hotel here, a quick 10-minute FREE shuttle ride will take guests to the 120-room sister property, the Railroad Pass Hotel & Casino.

Gamblers at the former Boyd Gaming property will be able to accrue points with their loyalty rewards program Player’s Junction Club card at both DeSimone Gaming locations.
